Make sure that the AC adapter that you use has a minimum output of 2A, otherwise your devices may not charge properly.
Q2:What if the ELEGIANT U8 is not charging your devices?
1.Check to ensure that your device is Qi-compliant.
2.Check to ensure that the AC adapter you're using with the ELEGIANT U8 has a minimum output of 2A, otherwise your devices may not charge properly.
3.For iPhone X, iPhone 8 Plus, Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S8, Galaxy 8 Plus or other large screen devices, we strongly recommend placing your phone on the center of the ELEGIANT U8.
4. Check to ensure the phone is not in a case thicker than 4mm when charging. And there is no metal disc on the back of the phone/phone case.
5. To ensure the utmost safety and performance, we strongly recommend using your device's original cable (OEM) to charge your devices with the ELEGIANT U8.
Tips:
1. For iPhone X, iPhone 8 Plus, Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S8, Galaxy 8 Plus or other large screen devices, we strongly recommend to charge horizontally for better connection.
2. Remove all the magnetic or metal objects, plate, metal cases and credit card cases on fast wireless charger stand. for best charging effect.
3. Please do not Connect the wireless charger to PC USB port, 5V 1A AC adapter or other low voltage devices.
4.Strongly recommend using 5V 2A adapter(NOT INCLUDED) goes into the unit for the best results.
