I have used these for years and they work for me. Whenver I break out on the back of neck from working out and sweating, I use these and the breakout goes away. I use these on my face as well once a week before I use a mask. I love how well it exfoliates and smooths my skin.

I use these every day in the shower as-is....without the microdermabrasion machine they're supposed to go with. I use the soft side to help remove my mascara and eye makeup and use the exfoliation side on my skin. Nice in the winter to help get off dry skin. I use mine usually for about 2 weeks then throw away. Way better deal to buy these than by exfoliating face wash

Use almost daily for exfoliation, and it's great! Leaves my skin smooth, and not irritated. I have oily skin, prone to acne, and exfoliation is a must, but also not causing dryness. I've tried ALL brushes out there (I kid you not!) They were usually too soft...or irritated my skin. This is the only one that did the trick. I've been using it for the last 6 months. Good job Neutrogena!

I tried this because of the reviews, I hoped it would work but I was skeptical. I really did notice a difference after the first use. I have never used microdermabrasion kits before because I was afraid of damaging my skin or having a bad reaction but this kit gave me no bad reactions. Love it, this will definitely stay in my beauty routine.

This works well. Add a tiny bit of water or run through water flow very fast. The battery compartment was hard to open I had to use a butter knife to get it to lift up. Other than that I certainly recommend this product. I bought extra pads this comes with some pads and 2 aa batteries. It vibrates/pulsates strongly. I used it twice now. I see a nice difference and healthier skin on my face. Id use this 2-3 times per week 1 pad per week. Definately use a mosturizer at bedtime the days you use it. If you use at night use moisturizer in day time.
