Q2: The camera setup is a bit complicated, my IT technician also can't get any success on it.

Q4: Does this camera work with my XXX NVR.
A4: Generally speaking, NVRs that support the onvif protocol can work with the camera. But there are many brands of NVRs on the market, they have own third-party proprietary agreements, so we can't make sure if they can fully compatible. We look forward to your email to verify this issue with us.
Q5: The PTZ function can't work with my Blue Iris.
A5: We've verified that all functions can work normally with Blue Iris 4.0 version. If you have other versions and have interest in exploration, we look forward to your email to test this issue with us.
