Q: What should i do if my computer cannot recognize the External CD Drive?
A: Please check the following tips if your computer cannot recognize the external CD drive:
1. Hook up the external CD drive to the direct USB port on your computer. If you connect it to a USB hub or extension cords, it maybe cannot recognize the Drive or read the CD/DVD.
2. For the desktops, please connect the CD drive to the USB port of the motherboard for normal use.
3. Ensure CD is placed well and not scratched.
4. Ensure there is a built-in practical drive software instead of a virtual drive. Or try it with another computer.
5. Ensure the compatibility of your CD. Or try with another CD.
6. Setting area code according to different regions.
Q: Why does it cannot burning?
A: Blank CD is unformatted so please download a soft-ware--NERO, to finish the setting and something that you want to burn. Usually, it works well with CDs those in formats: WAV, MP3, MP4, etc.
Q: Why does it make loud noise?
A: Some CDs are thicker than ordinary CDs so it will make louder noise. Please do not feel worry because it is normal.
Q: What should I do if CD was stuck in the Drive?
A: 1. Check the CD is not scratched or out of shape.
